Transfer Of Ownership On Death Of The Owner Of The Vehicle:
If the vehicle’s present owner dies, selling the car is possible. All you need to do is submit the appropriate RTO forms and the required documents.
- Step 1: Firstly, if you are the car’s heir, you will need a succession certificate from the SDM or the Regional court. So, the first thing you need to do is apply for it.
