• Step 3: Press the Vehicle-Related Services option.

• Step 6: Then,click on the Misc (TO/CoA/HPA/HPS/HPT/DupRC).

Transfer Of Ownership On Death Of The Owner Of The Vehicle:

You can sell a second-hand car even if the owner of the vehicle is dead. All you need to do is issue a succession certificate from either SDM or the Regional court.

• Step 1: The first and most important step is applying for a succession certificate. You can apply to either SDM or the Regional court.

• Step 2: Now, submit the filled-out RTO forms and the required documents to the RTO office.
