How to Apply for Learning Licence (LL) Online in Gujarat?

  • Step 1: Go to Google chrome and login to the sarathi.nic.in website. 
  • Step 2: Next, you will get a link in the menu bar that goes ‘issue of learning licence to me’. Tap on that. 
  • Step 3: Once you click on the link, you will get a form. Please fill it out.   
  • Step 4: After you fill out the form, you need to press the submit button.
  • Step 7: Then, you will get an application number. Please save it somewhere on your device.
  • Step 8: When you book a slot and go there, submit the application number and a copy of your birth certificate.

  • Step 1: Go to Google Chrome and visit the website parivahan.gov.in.  
  • Step 2: Tap on the Online Services option.
  • Step 3: Choose Driving licence Related Services.
  • Step 4: Enter the name of the state of Gujarat. 
  • Step 5: Now, press Apply online.
  • Step 6: Then select the learning licence. 
  • Step 7: Please fill out the application form and submit them after providing the required documents.
  • Step 8: Now, please pay the application fee. You can choose any payment gateway you prefer.
